As a two-time biotech founder, he has launched both a regenerative medicine drug discovery company and a research supply firm. Specializing in cell and gene therapies, regenerative medicine, and extracellular vesicles, Dr. Anderson bridges the translational gap between benchtop discovery and clinical commercialization for early-stage biotechs, academic institutions, and venture capital firms.
His strategic methodology is grounded in a proven track record of securing capital and navigating complex regulatory pathways. Dr. Anderson has directed the strategy and authoring of 73 competitive grant applications for projects representing over $233 million in potential funding. On the regulatory front, he possesses extensive firsthand experience architecting critical FDA submissions, including INTERACT, pre-IND, and comprehensive briefing packages that successfully secured a Regenerative Medicine Advanced Therapy (RMAT) designation for a Phase II stem cell trial.
